House Bill 4168 directs the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) to conduct a study of food assistance programs in the state. The DHS will research these programs and submit a report, including any proposed legislative changes, to the relevant legislative committees by September 15, 2027. This study is temporary and will conclude on January 2, 2028.
