California Assembly Bill 391 updates the process for delivering important notices to homeowners and residents of mobilehome parks. Currently, notices must be delivered in person or by mail. This bill requires notices to be sent to both the homeowner and the resident, and allows for electronic delivery with the homeowner’s written consent. Residents can revoke their consent to electronic delivery at any time without penalty.
