Bill overview
Senate Bill 570 makes a technical correction to the official title of California’s Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. This law governs how common interest developments, such as homeowners associations, are managed and operated. The bill simply updates the way the Act is referenced within the Civil Code. It does not change any of the existing rules or regulations.
