This bill requires manufacturers of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) vehicles to report crashes to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) within 5 days if certain conditions are met, including fatalities, injuries, airbag deployment, or impact with vulnerable road users.
