Bill overview
This bill would change the minimum school attendance requirement for high school students participating in College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnerships. Currently, these students must attend 240 minutes per day. This bill would reduce that minimum to 180 minutes if the student is also enrolled in community college courses, California State University, or University of California classes. The bill also clarifies attendance requirements for early college and middle college high schools.
