Overview
This bill modifies how revenues from greenhouse gas allowance allocations are credited to customers of California’s electrical and gas corporations. Specifically, it requires electrical corporations to provide a ‘California Climate Credit’ to residential, small business, and emissions-intensive trade-exposed customers on their bills each August and September, and to emissions-intensive trade-exposed customers in August.
