Overview
This bill amends California law to remove a restriction on priority registration for enrollment at public postsecondary institutions. Starting July 1, 2027, members and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces and the California State Guard will be eligible for priority registration for four academic years after leaving active duty, regardless of the length of time they have to use that registration.
