Overview
This bill modifies California’s regulations for certified farmers’ market wine sales permits. Currently, winegrowers selling at these markets must produce their wine entirely from their own grapes or agricultural products. This bill removes that restriction, allowing winegrowers to sell wine produced elsewhere.
