Overview
This bill creates the California Public Safety Services Support Fund to provide funding for the implementation of Proposition 36, also known as the Homelessness, Drug Addiction, and Theft Reduction Act. The fund will receive money from the General Fund and be administered by the Board of State and Community Corrections.
