Overview
This bill directs the California Energy Commission to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the state’s transportation fuel supply. The assessment must evaluate methods for ensuring a reliable and affordable fuel supply, consider the impact of refinery closures, and analyze the effects of state regulations on fuel availability.
