Overview
This bill expands the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy to include the Valley, Lake, and Delta regions. It officially renames the organization to the Valley, Lake, and Delta Conservancy and creates a new fund, the Delta Conservancy Fund, to support its work. The bill also adds new board members, including a Lake County supervisor and a tribal representative, and establishes a Valley and Lake Program to support environmental and economic initiatives in those areas.
