Bill overview
This bill directs the Oklahoma Office of Emergency Management to create a statewide system for predicting stormwater events. The system, called the Stormwater Management Predictive Analytic Solution, will use data to forecast flooding, provide real-time alerts, and improve flood management. It requires the office to contract with a vendor, operate the system by February 2026, and submit annual reports to the Governor and legislative leaders analyzing the data.
