Bill overview
This bill changes how Oklahoma counties must publish legal notices. It allows counties to post these notices online on their official website, in addition to publishing them in newspapers. The bill updates existing law to specify that online publication is a sufficient alternative to traditional newspaper publication, provided it meets the same publication requirements. It also establishes an effective date for the changes.
