Bill overview
This bill creates a program called the College Graduate Retention Incentive Partnership (GRIP) designed to encourage Oklahoma employers to hire and retain college graduates. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will administer the program, offering annual incentive payments – at least $1,000 – to graduates working for participating employers for up to four years. The Department will advertise the program and maintain a public list of participating employers to promote recruitment and retention of graduates within the state.
