Bill overview
This bill creates a new fundraising license plate in Michigan to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. The Michigan Secretary of State, in partnership with the P.C.U.P.S. Foundation, will design the plates. Proceeds from the sale of these plates will be deposited into a dedicated state fund, managed by the state treasurer, and then distributed quarterly to the P.C.U.P.S. Foundation.
