This bill establishes the Michigan Veterans Coalition Fund, a new state fund dedicated to supporting veterans. The fund will be managed by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency and primarily used to operate the Michigan Veterans Coalition Grant Program. Money deposited into the fund will be invested and not returned to the general fund at the end of the fiscal year. The fund’s creation is contingent upon the passage of Senate Bill 208.
