Bill overview
This bill creates a Michigan Army National Guard and Air National Guard apprenticeship program designed to help members leverage their military training and experience toward completing a registered apprenticeship. The program, overseen by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, will coordinate with various state agencies and the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity to ensure alignment with Department of Labor standards.
