Bill overview
This bill changes Michigan zoning laws to allow residents to raise a limited number of hens (egg-laying chickens) in their single-family homes. It specifies that properties must be at least 1/4 acre in size and limits the number of hens to 5 per 1/4 acre or a total of 25.
