Bill overview
This bill amends the Postsecondary Enrollment Options Act to include trade schools as eligible postsecondary institutions for students participating in the program. It clarifies definitions related to eligible courses, eligible students, and eligible postsecondary institutions, including provisions for students who have been enrolled in high school for more than four years but not more than five. The bill also establishes limits on the number of eligible courses a student can take, depending on their grade level and enrollment year.
