Bill overview
This bill removes a time limit on when complaints about appraisal misconduct can be filed. Currently, complaints related to violations of appraisal standards had to be filed within 18 months of the alleged violation, the delivery of the appraisal, or its use as expert testimony. This change eliminates that restriction, allowing for complaints to be filed regardless of when the violation occurred.
