Bill overview
This bill creates a tax credit for motor fuel retail dealers in Michigan. Starting in 2026, dealers who sell E15 and E85 fuel can claim a credit of $0.05 per gallon for E15 and $0.085 per gallon for E85. The credit can be claimed by the dealer or by members of flow-through entities, with any excess credit refunded.
