Overview
This bill amends Pennsylvania law to require tow trucks and certain roadside assistance vehicles to have flashing or revolving lights. Tow trucks can be equipped with yellow and white lights when actively towing or near an emergency, and blue lights may be used when stationary and responding to a disabled vehicle. Unauthorized use of these lights is a summary offense punishable by a fine.
