Overview
This bill amends Pennsylvania’s vehicle code to establish an electric vehicle road user charge. It creates an exception for active-duty military personnel stationed outside of the Commonwealth. Vehicle owners who previously qualified for an exemption may also be eligible for a refund of the road user charge they previously paid. The law will take effect 60 days after it is enacted.
