Overview
This bill establishes lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for disabled residents in Alabama. Beginning in 2026, individuals who meet specific age criteria can purchase a lifetime disabled resident hunting license for $30 (under 50) or $50 (50 or older), a lifetime disabled freshwater fishing license with similar fee structures, or a lifetime disabled saltwater fishing license with a different fee structure. Fees collected will be deposited into designated endowment funds to support conservation efforts.
