Overview
This bill establishes a dedicated fund and office for the legislative delegation representing Montgomery County, Alabama. The Montgomery County Commission will create and manage the Legislative Delegation Fund, which can be used by the delegation members to support their office operations. The fund will be supported by deposits from certain county revenue streams. The largest municipality in Montgomery County is required to provide necessary facilities and utilities for the office.
