Overview
This bill amends Alabama state law to allow the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) to use funds appropriated to it to purchase promotional and educational materials for the public. Specifically, it updates existing code language to align with current style and clarifies the EMA’s authority to acquire materials aimed at educating the public on emergency preparedness.
