Overview
This bill modifies the Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund, which currently supports the Administrative Office of Courts. It creates three new, specialized funds within the fund – for the Supreme Court, Court of Civil Appeals, and Court of Criminal Appeals – to further enhance technological improvements and data sharing within those respective courts. The bill also addresses the acceptance of credit cards in court proceedings and clarifies the handling of funds within these new funds.
