Overview
This bill updates restrictions for certain sex offenders in Alabama. It allows parole and probation officers to limit sex offenders’ use of post office boxes and electronic media. Additionally, the Board of Pardons and Paroles is authorized to require sex offender treatment, including periodic polygraph examinations, as a condition of release.
