Overview
This bill significantly expands Alabama’s laws regarding sex crimes and criminal procedure. It establishes a new crime of inpatient custodial sexual misconduct, increases penalties for indecent exposure and other sex offenses, including those involving children, and clarifies the definition of ‘sex offense’ to include voyeurism.
