Overview
This bill would allow Alabama residents with invisible disabilities, and their primary caregivers, to obtain a special "Invisible Disability" license plate decal. Individuals would need to provide a physician’s diagnosis to qualify. The decal would be issued alongside their regular license plate, subject to standard registration fees, and would not grant access to special parking spaces unless they already possess a disability plate or placard.
