Overview
This bill addresses the rights of professional employee organizations operating within Alaska's public schools. It ensures equal access to school facilities and communication systems if an organization is allowed to use them, and requires equal opportunities for participation in orientation and meetings. The bill also prohibits school districts from using organization names on calendars or granting exclusive access to facilities. The law takes effect on July 1, 2026.
