Overview
This bill clarifies the definition of ‘prohibited weapon’ under Alaska law. It expands the list of weapons considered prohibited to include specific types of explosives, devices designed to muffle firearm reports, rifles and shotguns with short barrels, and devices designed to convert handguns into automatic weapons.
