Overview
This resolution allows the Alaska State Senate and House of Representatives to take a recess lasting longer than three days. Currently, Alaska law requires both houses to agree if a recess exceeds three days. This resolution removes that requirement, granting each house the authority to schedule longer recesses during the First Special Session. It aims to provide flexibility for legislative business.
