Bill overview
This bill allows counties in Arizona to create regulations for ‘small land subdivisions’ – divisions of six to ten lots or parcels from larger land tracts. These subdivisions can occur on land not subject to specific water supply requirements, and applicants must submit a public report and ensure each lot has legal access. The board of supervisors must notify the state real estate department about these new regulations.
