Bill overview
This bill extends the existence of the Arizona Beef Council, a self-funded organization, until July 1, 2034. It then repeals certain sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes related to the council and its termination date. The bill’s purpose is to continue the council’s efforts to promote and expand the market for Arizona beef and beef products both domestically and internationally. The bill also specifies that some related sections will be repealed in 2035.
