Senate Bill 1175 requires Arizona Department of Child Services (DCS) caseworkers to take photographs of children involved in investigations for abuse or neglect allegations. These photographs must be kept in the child’s case file. Caseworkers are also required to review these photographs when creating a safety plan for the child, considering any changes in the child’s appearance or health.
