Bill overview
This resolution seeks to put photo enforcement systems in Arizona up for a voter referendum. It would require any local authority or state agency considering using these systems to first obtain voter approval. If approval is not received, the system must be shut down within 90 days. Furthermore, if voters approve the system, they will need to re-vote on its continued operation every ten years.
