89R5109 LHC-D By: Schatzline H.B. No. 1215 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prosecution of the offenses of indecency with a child and sexual assault. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
