No. 543 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to signs posted by public institutions of higher education to facilitate the reporting of and to prevent incidents of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter E-3, Chapter 51, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 51.2821 to read as follows: Sec. 51.2821. REQUIRED POSTING OF SIGNS BY PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION. (a) In this section: (1) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning
