89R1900 LRM-D By: Morales of Harris H.B. No. 559 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a study conducted by the secretary of state regarding compliance with high school deputy registrar obligations. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 13.046, Election Code, is amended by adding Subsection (i) to read as follows: (i) The secretary of state shall conduct an annual study on each high school deputy registrar's compliance with this section.
