89R462 CMO-D By: Tepper H.B. No. 603 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the operation of school buses at certain railroad grade crossings. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Sections 545.2535(c) and (d), Transportation Code, are amended to read as follows: (c) An operator is not required to stop at: (1) an abandoned railroad grade crossing that is marked with a sign reading "tracks out of service"; [or] (2) an industrial or spur line railroad grade crossing
