89R3891 MPF-F By: Bucy H.B. No. 679 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a local option election on the sale of certain alcoholic beverages on Sunday. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 105.01(a), Alcoholic Beverage Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) Except as provided in Sections 105.011, 105.02, 105.03, 105.04, 105.08, and 105.091, no person may sell, offer for sale, or deliver any liquor: (1) on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas
