89R3766 AJZ-F By: Cortez H.B. No. 684 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to contracts authorizing the use of photographic traffic signal enforcement systems. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 707, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 707.022 to read as follows: Sec. 707.022. CONTRACTS VOID. A contract that violates this chapter is void. SECTION 2. Sections 7(a) and (b), Chapter 372 (H.B. 1631), Acts of the 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, are repealed.
