BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter F, Chapter 431, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 431.143 to read as follows: Sec. 431.143. MANUFACTURER DISCLOSURE. (a) A manufacturer selling a cosmetic in this state shall disclose on the manufacturer's Internet website: (1) a list of each ingredient in the cosmetic,
