89R2942 CMO-D By: Lalani H.B. No. 702 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a notification provided by a transportation network company regarding a designated bicycle lane. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 2402, Occupations Code, is amended by adding Section 2402.116 to read as follows: Sec. 2402.116. REQUIRED NOTIFICATION REGARDING DESIGNATED BICYCLE LANE.
