89R2940 CMO-F By: Howard H.B. No. 737 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the use of dynamic message signs for the Keep 'Em Safe Texas Gun Storage Campaign. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter H, Chapter 201, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 201.626 to read as follows: Sec. 201.626. KEEP 'EM SAFE TEXAS GUN STORAGE CAMPAIGN. (a) The department, in consultation with the Department of Public Safety, shall establish and implement a plan for providing relevant information to the public regarding the safe storage of firearms
