89R3317 ANG-D By: Shaheen H.B. No. 758 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the requirement that an armed security officer be present at a school district campus. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 37.0814(a), Education Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) The board of trustees of each school district shall determine the appropriate number of armed security officers for each district campus.
