89R4404 LRM-D By: Reynolds H.B. No. 894 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the acceptance of identification for voters who identify as transgender. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter F, Chapter 32, Election Code, is amended by adding Section 32.116 to read as follows: Sec. 32.116. REQUIRED TRAINING RELATED TO ACCEPTING VOTERS WHO IDENTIFY AS TRANSGENDER.
