89R1016 CMO-F By: Cain H.B. No. 904 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prohibition of tolls on portions of State Highway 146 and State Highway 99. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. The heading to Subchapter E, Chapter 228, Transportation Code, is amended to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER E. LIMITATION ON TOLL FACILITY DESIGNATION, TOLL COLLECTION, AND [;] CONVERSION OF NONTOLLED STATE HIGHWAY SECTION 2. Subchapter E, Chapter 228, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 228.202 to read as follows:
