89R1017 CMO-D By: Cain H.B. No. 905 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the imposition of tolls on Fairmont Parkway in Harris County. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 228.011(a), Transportation Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) This section applies only to a county acting under Chapter 284 for: (1) the widening, expansion, reconstruction, and continued operation of existing toll projects of the county; or
